Yesterday, Monday, September 16, \u00c0fora Focus<\/strong> offered, within the framework of the presentation of the 2024-25 season at the Teatre Romea, the stage action Rostres<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

The proposal was to show the emotionally transformative effect of music and how this emotional intensity translates into facial expression. For this purpose, the evocative capacity of a first-rate actor like Pere Arquillu\u00e9<\/strong> was chosen to express, only with the somatizations of his face, the impact of such a suggestive music as the ballet Romeo and Juliet by Sergei Prokofiev.<\/p>\n

The excerpts from the score were performed, with four hands, by pianist Alex Alguacil<\/strong> and pianist Yukiko Akagi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

An intense and overwhelming proposal that left the Romea audience captivated.<\/p>\n
