The farce\u00a0Una idea genial<\/strong><\/em>, written by S\u00e9bastien Castro<\/strong>, adapted by Susanna\u00a0Garachana<\/strong>\u00a0and directed by Xavier Ricart<\/strong>, is receiving a wonderful response from audiences at the Condal, confirming not only the strong work of the creative team, but also the impact of the hilarious performances by the cast, made up of\u00a0Llu\u00eds\u00a0Villanueva, Xavi Mira, Susanna\u00a0Garachana\u00a0and Anna Azcona<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Winner of two Moli\u00e8re Awards<\/strong>, the highest\u00a0honours\u00a0in French theatre, the show tells the story of Arnau, a man who suspects that Mariona, his wife, is having an affair with Oriol, the real estate agent helping them find a flat. When Arnau meets\u00a0Tom\u00e0s, an amateur actor who is the\u00a0spitting image of\u00a0the agent, he hires him to impersonate him at\u00a0a dinner\u00a0in order to\u00a0find out whether his suspicion is true or not. It seems like a brilliant idea\u2026 until the agent, his double, and the double\u2019s twin brother\u2014a plumber who comes to fix a leak\u2014end up crossing paths. Three identical men and a nosy\u00a0neighbour\u00a0will make it clear that the idea might not be so brilliant after all.<\/p>\n
