Focus\u2019 2026-27 theatre season has got off to a flying start, with four major hits playing across the group\u2019s four theatres.<\/p>\n

At La Villarroel<\/strong><\/a>, the acclaimed GREC Festival de Barcelona success Primera llei de Newton<\/strong><\/em>, by Eu Manzanares and directed by Nelson Valente, returns to the stage. The production explores the challenges faced by the educational community in a high-complexity secondary school and stars Lua Amat, Dafnis Balduz, Sara Diego, Rosa Gamiz, Anna Sahun, and Max Vilarrasa.<\/p>\n

At the Romea<\/strong><\/a>, Jos\u00e9 Sacrist\u00e1n captivates audiences with El hijo de la c\u00f2mica<\/strong><\/em>, a tribute to the theatrical profession and to the figure of Fernando Fern\u00e1n-G\u00f3mez.<\/p>\n

At the Condal<\/strong><\/a>, Cesc Gay returns to the stage with a new production of his hit comedy 53 domingos<\/strong><\/em>, starring Juli\u00e1n L\u00f3pez, Pepa Charro, Xavi Mira, and Candela Serrat.<\/p>\n

Finally, at the Teatre Goya<\/strong><\/a>, Lolita returns for a fourth consecutive run with Poncia<\/strong><\/em>, Luis Luque\u2019s acclaimed production centred on Lorca\u2019s iconic character, which continues to sell out performance after performance.<\/p>\n
