The latest show by Joel Joan<\/strong> can now be seen at Teatre Condal. Titled Bons i dolents<\/strong><\/em>, it is a bold, no-holds-barred comedy about social hypocrisy that challenges the culture of \u201ctoxic niceness\u201d that seems to prevail today while exposing a fundamental truth about human nature: we are all good, until it suits us not to be.<\/p>\n

The production, presented by Arriska<\/strong> and Focus<\/strong>, features a script by Joel Joan<\/strong> himself. It is directed by Nelson Valente<\/strong> and stars Joel Joan, Agn\u00e8s Busquets, Oriol Casals, Nesa Vidaurr\u00e1zaga, and Ana Gago.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Synopsis<\/h3>\n

We are all good, until it suits us not to be.<\/p>\n

Two couples who have been friends for years get together for dinner. Ricard, married to Cl\u00e0udia and father of three, is going through a full-blown midlife crisis. He is completely out of control and obsessed with sex, drugs, and reggaeton.<\/p>\n

Ricard owes a large sum of money to his best friend, Jes\u00fas. But Jes\u00fas has not had the guts to demand repayment for years, much to the frustration of his partner, Marta.<\/p>\n

What Jes\u00fas desperately wants, however, is to have children. Marta already has two from a previous relationship and has no interest in starting over.<\/p>\n

Everything is about to change forever when Ricard arrives at dinner with a bombshell announcement:<\/p>\n

He is going to be a father again, but this time, Cl\u00e0udia is not the mother.<\/p>\n
