Focus Events Division is responsible for the overall coordination and full-scale production of La Setmana del Llibre en Català, making possible a major cultural gathering that brings together more than 300 activities, presentations, conversations, book signings, and meetings with authors, publishers, and industry professionals. From 18 to 27 September 2026, Barcelona’s Passeig de Lluís Companys will once again become the epicentre of Catalan literature.
La Setmana del Llibre en Català is one of the country’s most significant cultural events. Since its first edition in 1983, it has maintained an uninterrupted annual appointment with readers, establishing itself over more than four decades as an essential platform for promoting Catalan-language publishing and energising the publishing sector.
