Madrid’s theatre scene welcomes the premiere of two new Focus productions: the comedies De Laponia a Madrid and Un dios salvaje.
The Teatro Alcázar has premiered Un dios salvaje, Jordi Galceran’s version of the internationally acclaimed play by French playwright Yasmina Reza, starring Luis Merlo, Natalia Millán, Juanan Lumbreras, and Clara Sanchis. An exquisite comic text that, with a simple premise, dissects with sharp humor a satire of contemporary society, relationships, education, and competitiveness.
Meanwhile, the Teatro Fígaro will host the premiere of De Laponia a Madrid. A passionate and combative comedy by Marc Angelet and Cristina Clemente, featuring an exceptional cast: Amparo Larrañaga, Iñaki Miramón, Mar Abascal, and Juli Fàbregas.
