On Monday, 7 September, the Gran Teatre del Liceu will host the 25th Catalunya Aixeca el Teló Gala, organised by ADETCA (Associació d’Empreses de Teatre de Catalunya), chaired by Isabel Vidal, with the aim of officially presenting the 2026-2027 theatre season.
This year, the Gala reaches a very special milestone as it celebrates its 25th edition, marking the beginning of the season while reaffirming the essential role of the performing arts and highlighting the creativity, talent and vitality of our country’s theatre sector. A quarter of a century has established it as the benchmark event that brings together professionals, institutions and audiences around culture and the live arts.
