Fundació Romea continues its activities this theatre season with two additional events this May.
On Monday, May 19th, Dietari del puma. Una Mutació will be presented, featuring Susanna Rafart: Poetry demands boldness, instinct, and precision. For this reason, this transformation seeks the most beautiful animal, one whose traits resemble those of poetry. With the puma, we will journey through paths of extinction, colonisation, and the abandonment of writing and voice, while also discovering new frontiers of perception and knowledge.
On Monday, May 26th, El ressó d’una època will be presented, a celebration of the centenary of two great figures of Catalan theatre: Mercè Bruquetas and Josefina Güell. The event will feature Àngels Gonyalons, actress; Raúl Patiño, conductor, pianist and composer; Enric Llort, director; Celeste Alías, singer; Gracia Fernández, singer; Mercè Bruquetas, actress; and Josefina Güell, actress. This special occasion aims to honour these two actresses who marked an era and made a significant contribution to our theatrical culture.
