This holiday season, 3Cat is betting on theatre.
The main 3Cat channel closed on December 25 with the broadcast of El favor, which achieved a 17.2% audience share in the prime-time slot and an average of around 272,000 viewers.
Following the Telenotícies Vespre, the TV movie version of the stage production was aired on TV3. The show is a co-production by Focus and Mola Produccions, written by Susanna Garachana, directed by Xavier Ricart and starring Eduard Buch, Pau Roca, Xavi Ricart and Marc Rodríguez.
In addition, on Saturday, January 3 at 10:05 p.m., after the Telenotícies Vespre, the TV movie of the stage play Un sogre de lloguer will be broadcast. This comedy, written by Susanna Garachana and Jaume Viñas, is directed by Daniel Anglès and stars Joan Pera, among others. The production is by Focus.
